The Contact Centre service provides information on the local and national traffic situation via the number 800 183434 and is operational from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, 365 days a year. Calls are totally free for citizens from any phone in Italy, both landline and mobile.
One of its most relevant features is voice recognition, which lets callers interact without touching their phone: the user is at the “centre” of the service and guides the conversation according to their needs without using the phone’s keypad, in total safety.
