A new concept of parking
Place For Me is a project aimed at improving the use of parking set aside for particular categories of users or reserved parking spaces, on both public and private land (disabled parking, charging spots for electric cars, reserved spaces for loading/unloading goods and/or other reserved parking areas).
The service operates via the installation of an apparatus that monitors reserved parking spaces through its car presence detection and audible signal functions, suitable for deterring illicit use by unauthorised parties. The device, christened Place For Me, is being tested in the cities of Rome, Genoa, Velletri and Milan.
